Thank you to the members that turned up to the Club’s Annual General Meeting last night. It is an important part of our Club’s year, when we reflect of the season that has been and look towards the season that is to come.
This year Mark Haylock stood down as Goodwood Baseball Club President after 2 years in the role. In this time he has overseen development on and off the field, as well as doing an enormous amount of work with the Council and Mortlock Park Stakeholders to help achieve a long term lease for the club. We are hopeful this lease will be released in the next month.
Cameron Scott has also stepped down from the Junior Director’s role, a role he has held for 6 years. Over this time he has seen the junior program grow from 3 teams to 9. He has done an amazing amount of work over the years to strengthen our Club’s Juniors.
The Club sincerely thanks Mark and Cam for their commitment to the Club during their tenures on the Club’s board.

Over the next couple of weeks, the new Board will look to fill other important roles within the club. The following roles will be appointed via self-nomination or nomination by a member.
