Notice is hereby given that the One Hundredth Annual General Meeting for members of the Goodwood Baseball Club incorporated and the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting for members of the Goodwood Baseballers Club incorporated have been called.

VENUE: Colonel Light Gardens RSL,

4 Prince George Avenue, CLG

 

 

Nominations for the following positions on the board of the Goodwood Baseball Club are hereby called for:

 

OFFICE BEARERS

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Finance & Administration Director
  • Facilities Director
  • Operations Director
  • Junior Development Director
  • Patron

 

Candidates seeking election to any of the above positions must be nominated in writing by a Financial Member and seconded by another. Please fill out the AGM nomination form which can be downloaded

 

Nominations must reach the Secretary at least twenty-one days prior to the Annual General meeting (i.e. 31ST May 2018), and all members will be notified of the nominations 14 days (i.e. 6th June 2018), prior to the meeting. Job descriptions for all positions are available by contacting the Club President for information.
